Initial visit (75 to 90 minutes): $150

45-60 minute psychotherapy session:  $125

45-60 minute coaching session:  $125

45-60  minute consultation session:  $125

90 minute marital/family therapy session:  $185

late cancellation/no show fee:  $50

Special fee arrangements and payment plans can be discussed on a case by case basis.

Since I usually have a waiting list, it can sometimes take a few weeks to schedule your first appointment.  Most of my clients feel the services they receive are worth the wait.  If you need to be seen urgently, please let us know and we will do what we can to work you in to the schedule. 

My usual office hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday including minor holidays.  I do not routinely schedule weekend appointments. Appointments can be scheduled after 6:00 pm by special request. 

Your first appointment will be about 75 minutes long.  Future appointments will take 45 to 60 minutes unless arrangements for a longer session have been made.

If you have insurance, we will collect your copay and bill your insurance for the balance for covered services.

Payment of fees, copays and deductibles is expected at time of service.  You can make this payment either before or after your appointment.  We accept Visa, Mastercard,  personal checks and cash.

I consider your time to be as valuable as mine so I will do everything I can to stay on schedule. You might need to wait up to 15 minutes before I see you but a wait beyond 15 minutes is very rare.

We ask that you give us 48 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment so that we can accommodate someone on my waiting list.  If you are unable to give us appropriate notice, a $50 late cancellation/ no show fee will be charged.  Exceptions for extenuating circumstances are made on an individual basis as appropriate.
